How Did It All Begin?

Thiagi (aka Sivasailam Thiagarajan, Ph. D.) started his consulting business in 1976 from his basement. Now, 30 years later, he continues to operate the same business in pursuit of the same mission.

To help people achieve more through performance-based training that is motivating and effective.

Who Are We?

Thiagi and his team share two things in common: A rigorous research-based academic background and many years of real-world, hands-on experience in designing and conducting training for corporate clients around the world.

Who Do We Work With?

We work with individuals, teams, organizations, and community. Our clients include American Red Cross, Cadence Design, Electronic Arts, the Peace Corps, Hewitt Associates, Bank of Montreal, Silicon Valley Bank, CenturyTel, and the Gartner Group.

What Exactly Do We Do?

We design leadership, soft-skills, and technical training for corporate clients. We work in instructor-led and web-based environments.
