We have all experienced conflict in unique and personal ways. We must be perceptive enough to understand what roles we ourselves play in creating or exacerbating conflict. At the end of this workshop, participants will better understand and practice the skills and strategies of conflict resolution. These skills and strategies are supported by research of how the most effective conflict managers think, act, and work together.

Matt's expertise in with conflict management

In his youth, as a manager of managers, Matt constantly had to put out fires between large numbers of people. He once had two employees come into his office screaming at each other. The room shook. It was here that Matt internalized and applied the conflict management model without even knowing what it was. He had discovered a new world called conflict resolution.

Since that initial experience as a manager, Matt has delved into researching how to resolve business conflicts. He has delivered countless workshops on conflict management for a myriad of industries, as well as given key-note presentations on the subject. He most recently delivered this workshop to over 100 managers for the judiciary in the State of California.
