Play It Again, Sam!


Most facilitators worry about repeating the same simulation game with the same group. They believe that the participants will get bored and complain.

More often than not, this is a projection of the facilitator's own boredom and anxieties. If you think about it, there are lots of instructional advantages in replaying a simulation game.

This is how I do it:

I'd rather repeat a 15-minute simulation twice than play a 30-minute simulation once.
